摘要
随动车削是解决现有曲轴连杆颈外圆车削工艺所存在的切削速度低、表面质量较差等问题的良策。其利用随动的刀架机构使得车刀紧跟连杆颈运动,同时相对连杆颈圆周运动实现外圆切削。于工程背景下分析了随动车削工艺刀架机构的设计要求,相应地提出了3种能够实现圆周平动的机构及其优缺点;择优选取了带移动副的五杆机构,并对其进行了详细的刀尖精度和机构杆长误差分析。
Currently existing turning processes for crankshafts are critical for its low cutting speed and relatively poor surface quality.The follow-up turning technology which uses a tool holder mechanism keeps the turning tool following the rotation of the crankshaft,and implements turning the crankshaft's cylindrical surface at the same time.The design demand of the tool holder mechanism for follow-up turning is analyzed based on the engineering background firstly.Three kinds of mechanisms are presented and their merits and drawbacks are listed then.Finally,the five-bar mechanism with slider block is selected to carry out the precision and error analysis caused by manufacturing tolerance.
