石英振梁加速度计关键结构优化设计技术 被引量:2

Optimization design technique for key structure of quartz vibrating-beam accelerometer

摘要 为满足石英振梁加速度计高动态性能的要求,对其关键结构石英谐振器进行优化设计分析.在总结结构优化设计的数学描述以及模型建立的原则基础之上,用模态分析理论和有限元软件工具,构建结构隐式约束函数,给出生成分析文件,定义优化变量,设置了与优化有关的具体步骤,分析各设计变量的变化规律及影响.结果表明,结构优化后,尺寸比较合理,满足设计目标,石英振梁加速度计中的单个摆片的标度因数值提高了16%,改善了加速度计的性能. The design of high precision quartz vibrating beam accelerometer needs the key part quartz resonator has good dynamic performance.An implicit objective function of optimization design is built up based on the theory of modal analysis and finite element analysis,and the descriptions for structure optimization design and the rules for building structure optimization design model are summarized.The detailed steps for generating analysis files,defining optimization variables,setting and optimizing are given.The result of design is reasonable and the scale factor of optimized pendulum is improved by 16%.
