摘要 结合现代生物技术专业和食品质量与安全专业发展特点的教学模式,有利于学生建立良好知识结构。在尊重微生物学基础知识的前提下,通过对教学整体内容的调整、拓展、优化,使之更加符合其专业对人才的培养和需求;同时进一步提高教学质量,通过SPSA模式引入、病案教学法的应用,以及适时导入生活事件以扩大案例教学的内容和范畴等途径,对微生物学的教学方法和手段进行新的改革、探索和研究,寻找适合工科院校微生物学教学的途径,来适应新世纪人才成长的要求。 The teaching mode associated with majors' characteristics of Modern Food Quality and Safety helped students build reasonable knowledge structure Biotechnology and On the premise of teaching basic knowledge of microbiology, teaching content was adjusted, broaden and optimized, which made college majors fit the needs of talent training. For enhancing teaching quality, some reformation, exploration and research on teaching method of microbiology were done. For example, SPSA mode and case teaching method were adopted, and case teaching content was enlarged, The final purpose is finding a new teaching method of microbiology that fit the needs of new century talent training in engineering college.
