摘要
生物化学实验课是面向生物学专业本科生开设的基础实验课程。为了使学生在掌握好基本实验技能的基础上,充分发挥其学习的主观能动性,全面提高综合素质,对在教学内容、教学方法及实验考核等方面的改革进行有益的探索,并提出建设性的建议。
Biochemical experimental courses are offered curriculum-based experiments for biology undergraduate. To enable students to master basic laboratory skills, full play their initiative to learn and improve overall quality of students, teaching content, teaching methods, experimenting test were explored and useful suggestions were offered.
