综合疗养对老年代谢综合征的影响

Effect of comprehensive recuperatation on metabolic syndrome in senile patients

目的观察综合疗养措施对老年代谢综合征的影响。方法将130例老年代谢综合征患者随机分为综合疗养组(n=67)和常规疗养组(n=63),治疗前后测定患者的体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果治疗后,综合疗养组患者BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、2hPG、TG、TC、LDL-C均显著下降,HDL-C显著提高;综合疗养组与常规疗养组相比各项指标均有显著改善。结论综合疗养措施可以改善代谢综合征患者多种代谢异常,从而预防心脑血管疾病的发生。

Objective It is to observe the effect of comprehensive recuperatation on metabolic syndrome（MS） in senile patients. Methods 130 senile patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into comprehensive recuperatation group （ n = 67 ） and normal recuperatation group （ n = 63 ） , their body mass index （BMI） , systolic blood pressure （SBP） , diastolic blood pressure（DBP） , fasting plasma glucose（FBG） , 2 hours postprandial glucose（2hPG） , triglycerides（TG） , total cholesterol（TC） , high-density lipoproteinwere cholesterol（ HDL - C） , low-density lipoproteinwere cholesterol （ LDL - C ） were observed before and in one year after recuperatation. Results After comprehensive recuperatation, the patients, BMI, SBP, DBP, FBG, 2hPG, TG, TC, LDL- C were decreased significantly in comprehensive recuperatation group （P 〈0.05）, while the level of HDL - C were increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; all of the indexes above of comprehensive recuperatation group were obviously improved than those of normal recuperatation group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Many metabolic disorders of MS are improved after comprehensive recuperatation, thus to prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
