花生壳吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的工艺条件优化 被引量:3

摘要 以花生壳对Cu(II)的去除率为指标,采用单因素分析结合正交试验的方法优化了花生壳吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的工艺条件。结果表明,花生壳吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的最佳工艺条件为:0.15g花生壳,20mLρ[Cu(Ⅱ)]为20mg/L溶液,pH为4.4,吸附t为60min。此工艺条件下,对Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率可达93.52%。 With the removal rate of peanut hull as target parameter,conditions of Cu(Ⅱ) ion adsorption were investigated and optimized by using single-factor analysis and orthogonal test.Results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions were peanut hull of 0.15g,Cu(Ⅱ) solution of 20mg/L under pH 4.4 and adsorption time of 60min.Under these optimum conditions,the removal rate of peanut hull for Cu(Ⅱ) was reached to 93.52%.
