摘要
在分析现行工程量清单与标底编制任务组织模式存在的不利因素和隐患的基础上,将编制任务看作一个项目,采用并行工作法,利用项目管理的知识、技能、工具和技术进行管理,解决编制人员短缺与工作量过大的矛盾,提高管理水平,进而提高工作效率、保证文件编制质量。
Based on analyzing the negative factors and risks in the existing organization mode of preparation task on quantity bill and base price,thinks preparation task of quantity bill and base price as a project,uses parallel work,project management knowledge,skills,tools and technology to manage,and to solve the conflict between personal deficit and excessive workload,improves the level of management,further raises the working efficiency and assures quality of files.
