摘要
通过对保障性住房特点及当前主要的管理模式的分析,提出"开发商代建制"这种更适应保障性住房建设要求的管理新模式,阐述其内涵及特点。最后以开发商代建制的实际应用为例,分析说明此模式具有较强的优越性,可广泛应用于保障性住房的建设管理中。
Based on the analysis of indemnificatory apartment's characteristics and main current construction management modes,promotes developer agent construction system,which to meet the apartment construction's strict demand in duration and quality,with its connotation and advantages elaborated.Moreover,the successful application of the new mode in one case is analyzed as an example to show its superiority and good prospects,can be used in construction management of indemnificatory apartment.
