摘要
首先分析了外商直接投资在房地产业中的特点,然后对我国外商直接投资额和房地产竣工建筑面积的发展状况进行了描述性分析,并运用Granger因果检验对1985~2010年的外商直接投资和房地产竣工建筑面积两个时间序列进行因果分析,结果显示,外商直接投资对房地产的发展具有较强的促进作用,但房地产发展对外商直接投资的促进作用却并不明显。
This paper analyses the characteristics of the foreign direct investment in real estate industry,then discusses development state of foreign direct investment and floor space of buildings completed.And then analyses the causation of those two time series data from 1985 to 2010 by Granger causality test method,the results show that the foreign direct investment has the positive promoter action in real estate development,but the action of real estate development to foreign direct investment is unconspicuous.
