摘要
采用不同的分散及硫化过程,研究了水溶性分散型Fe催化剂的硫化,表征与评价了不同条件下形成的硫化态催化体系。结果表明,在300℃条件下硫化,不论是采用分别破乳还是共同破乳,水溶性Fe催化剂均形成了FexSy晶体。采用共同破乳方案比分别破乳形成的硫化态Fe晶体的平均粒度大,能够更好地抑制反应过程中大分子自由基之间的缩合生焦。
By using two different methods of dispersion and sulfurization, the water--soluble Fe catalyst dispersed in oil was obtained and characterized. It iS inferred that no matter the two demulsifications were carried out respectively or together during the dispersion cause, the crystalline FexSy was formed at the sulfurization temperature of 300~C. With the two demulsifications together and at the sulfurization ernperature of 300~C during the dispersion cause, the average particle siz~ of the crystal was smaller than that with two demulsifications respectively, by which the coke formation could be well inhibited.
