Vancouver B型股骨假体周围骨折的处理(附9例报告) 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨Vancouver B型股骨假体周围骨折的处理方法。方法本组Vancouver B型股骨假体周围骨折9例,其中B1型(5例)单纯行骨折切开复位内固定,B2型骨折(3例)行生物型股骨加长柄翻修2例、骨水泥型加长柄翻修1例,B3型骨折(1例)行生物型加长柄翻修。结果 8例骨折获得骨性愈合,未出现假体松动、感染等并发症,Harris评分均明显提高;1例B1型骨折术后8个月未愈合,骨折断端骨吸收并假体松动,给予更换内固定,断端髂骨植骨并行生物型股骨长柄假体翻修术后治愈。结论根据Vancouver B型股骨假体周围骨折类型,选择合适的内固定或翻修术,可获得较好疗效。
