不同蛋白质水平日粮对奶牛氮利用和氮平衡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验选取泌乳前期,泌乳中期,泌乳后期各3头荷斯坦奶牛,三期蛋白质水平分别为20.6%、18.6%、16.7%,其他营养水平相似。所有试验牛饲喂TMR日粮,并收集全粪全尿。研究了不同蛋白质水平日粮对奶牛氮利用和氮平衡的影响。结果表明:氮的消化率为66%~72%,摄入氮转化为奶氮的比率为16%~28%,氮的利用率为39%~55%,除泌乳前期外,中、后期牛氮的利用率较低,但三期氮平衡均为正值。
