《金匮要略》历节病“过食酸咸,筋缓骨痿”辨析

释疑《金匮要略》历节病"过食酸咸,筋缓骨痿"条文,指出"泄"为湿盛,"枯"为精血不足,"枯泄相搏"为瘀血寒湿胶结,血行不畅,"四属"为四肢。张仲景强调历节病在四肢关节,病理机制为虚实夹杂,内有肝肾不足、气血虚弱,外有关节瘀血寒湿胶结,易于化热。该条文充分体现了仲景重视"五脏元真通畅,人即安和"的思想。
