TAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病

TAG in the treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia

目的:探讨小剂量吡柔比星、阿糖胞苷和重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子组成的TAG化疗方案治疗老年人急性髓系白血病(AML)的疗效和不良反应。方法:老年AML初治31例,采用TAG化疗方案诱导及巩固治疗。结果:完全缓解15例,部分缓解9例,无效7例,总有效率77.4%。结论:TAG方案治疗老年AML缓解率高,不良反应轻,患者耐受性好,尤其在具有预后良好和预后中等染色体核型组疗效更明显。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of TAG consisting of pirarubicin,cytarabine,and recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in elderly acute myeloid leukemia. Method：Thirty-one cases of elderly acute myeloid leukemia patients were treated with TAG as induction chemotherapy and consolidation therapy. Result：Fifteen cases got CR,9 cases PR,7 cases NR.The total efficiency was 77.4%. Conclusion：Elderly AML patients treated with TAG got high remission rate and low adverse reactions.All the patients were well tolerated,especially in the patients with good or middle prognosis chromosome abnormalities.
