高原地区大鼠常温下耐受入肝血流阻断安全时限的研究

摘要 目的研究在高原地区(海拔3000米)大鼠常温下耐受入肝血流阻断安全时限。方法分为单纯入肝血流阻断50、40、30、20、15、10分钟6组及假手术组。首先按50、40、30、20、10分钟实验,测定死亡率,然后按死亡率较低组开始实验,于12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h分别开腹,取心脏血及肝脏标本行肝功、病理检查。结果发现大鼠在高原地区(海拔3 000米)可以耐受10 min的肝门阻断,超过20 min肝门阻断肝功损伤严重,肝脏病理改变明显,死亡率升高。结论可以确认10分钟是高原地区(海拔3 000米)大鼠能耐受的最大缺血安全时限。 Objective To investigate the maximum tolerance limit of rats to hepatic inflow occlusion with portal triad clamping(PTC)in rats at high altitude(3,000 metres).Methods According to portal triad clamping(PTC)(50,40,30,20,15,10 min)and Sham group,the rats were randomized into 6 groups,Serum concentrations of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),et al were measured at the hour 12,24,48 and 72 after portal triad clamping(PTC) respectively.All liver specimens were subjected to histopathological observation at the same intervals.The survival of the rats in each subgroup was observed.Results Rat liver could be safely subject to warm ischemia within of 10 min.both function and histological structure of liver would develop irreversible damage when PTC was prolonged to 20 min.Conclusions The 10 minutes is the maximum limit of rats to hepatic in flow portal triad clamping at high altitude(3,000 metres).
