摘要
经硅烷偶联剂KH-570改性后的纳米SiO2表面具有大量可反应性基团-CH=CH2。以苯乙烯和改性后的纳米SiO2为原料,利用自由基聚合反应,制备得到聚苯乙烯/纳米SiO2复合材料。FT IR和TG证明聚苯乙烯大分子链已成功接枝到纳米SiO2粒子表面。由于扩散作用的影响,相对于偶氮二异丁腈引发聚合反应,热聚合反应具有更高的接枝率。
The surface of nano-SiO2 modified by silane coupling agent KH-570 have a large number of reactive groups-CH=CH2.PSt / nano-SiO2 composite was prepared by free radical polymerization with styrene and the modified nano-SiO2 as raw material.Results of FT IR and TG showed that the macromolecular chains of polystyrene were successfully grafted onto the surface of nano-SiO2 particles.Due to diffusion effect,compared with polymerization initiated by azobisisobutyronitrile,thermal polymerization had a higher grafting rate.
