摘要
现有传动链测量仪检测精度较低,已远不能满足高精度齿轮箱的检测需求。为解决这一问题,研发了一种高精度传动链测量仪。该测量仪集先进的控制理论和高精度的测量技术于一体,通过采用基于计算机的运动控制模块和数据采集模块,直接控制外围硬件设备;同时将外围硬件设备的数据采集到计算机中进行处理,实现了传动链的智能化测量。该仪器可广泛应用于各种齿轮箱的精度检测,特别适合检测高精度的雷达天线转台齿轮箱。
The existing measuring instruments for the transmission chain is poor in detection accuracy,and it can't satisfy the detection requirement of high-precision gearbox.In order to solve this problem,a high-precision measuring instrument is researched and developed.This measuring instrument integrates the advanced control theory and high-precision measurement technology,by adopting computer-based motion control module and data acquisition module,the peripheral hardware devices are controlled directly,and the data of peripheral hardware are acquired into computer for processing,and the intelligent measurement for the transmission chain is implemented.The instrument can be widely used in the precision measurement of various gearboxes,and the characteristic of high precision is suitable for measurement of the turntable gearbox of high-precision radar antenna.
