2型糖尿病并发脑血管意外46例血压、血糖及血脂检测、危险因素分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发脑血管意外(CVD)的危险因素。方法:对T2MD并发CVD(观察组)46例检测血压、血糖、血脂等指标,并与46例无糖尿病的CVD患者(对照组)进行对比分析。结果:观察组甘油三酯、空腹血糖、血压、胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数及高密度脂蛋白均高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组胆固醇水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:对DM2患者严格控制血糖、降压、降脂治疗,改善胰岛素抵抗,对预防DM2并发CVD有重要意义。
