摘要
舜帝构建廉洁政治的努力体现在道德建设、法制建设和民主建设三个方面,这三方面的工作各有其功能,均不可或缺。舜之后的历代帝王没有全面继承舜文化传统,他们在推进道德建设与法制建设的同时以专制统治替代了民主政治,因而导致廉政建设举步维艰。深入分析舜帝推进廉政建设的思想与努力,对于我们今天加强廉政建设,构建和谐社会具有重要意义。
Emperor Shun＇s efforts in constructing clean politics were reflected in three aspects： moral construction,legal construction and democratic construction.These three aspects all have their functions and they are indispensable.The emperors after Shun did not fully inherit Shun＇s cultural tradition.When they promoted moral construction and legal construction,the authoritarian rule replaced the democracy,which accordingly leaded to difficulty in clean government.By deeply analyzing the thoughts and efforts in promoting clean government in Emperor Shun＇s years,it has important meaning for us to strengthen clean construction and to build a harmonious society today.
