摘要
新兴服务产业已经成为我国社会经济快速、平稳发展的重要支撑力量。在这样的背景下,服务型企业如何实现创新目标,提高创新能力和创新绩效就成为学术界和实业界关注的热点之一。文章运用理论与实证相结合的研究方法,在对服务导向的影响因素进行文献梳理与分析,对天津和北京10家服务企业质性研究的基础上,构建了服务战略、服务氛围与服务导向之间关系的概念模型,并运用来自400家该类企业的调查数据验证它们之间的关系。实证表明,服务战略、服务氛围与服务导向之间存在相关关系,为该类企业制定明确的发展导向提供实证支持。
The emerging service industries have become important support strength of Chinese socio-economy.In the condition,the problem that the service-oriented enterprises how to achieve innovation goals,innovational abilities and innovational performance has been paid more and more attentions by the academic and business circles.In this paper,the theoretical and empirical research methods are used to analyze the effect factors of service-oriented,and set up conceptual model of the service-oriented,service strategy and service atmosphere by using data of qualitative research from 10 service businesses of Tianjin and Beijing.On the basis of this,the relationship among them can be validated from the 400 enterprises data validation survey.The empirical results indicate that there exist the correlated relationship among service-oriented,service strategy and service atmosphere.And it provides empirical support to develop a clear service-oriented for such enterprises.
