摘要
服务产品设计是提高服务质量的基础。对广义服务产品模型的分析发现了其隐含的服务生产的动态过程。借助服务生产模型,构建了基于广义服务产品的服务产消模型;利用消费者认知与消费行为调研数据,实证解释了服务产消模型。
Designing service products is the foundation to improve the quality of service.Through the analysis of the generalized service product model,the paper finds the underlying dynamic process of service production,analyzing and constructing service production and marketing model based on the service production model of generalized service products from the perspective of interface management,and empirically explaining the service production and marketing model by using the investigation data of consumer cognitive and consumer behavior.
