民营企业介入旅游业投资开发的现象渐趋增多,已成为社会关注的话题。民营企业在丰富旅游产业经营主体、产生辐射带动效应、优化旅游产业结构等方面起着积极作用,但旅游业涉及面广,实施民营企业投资旅游项目的运作模式也面临政策环境等外部因素和自身发展的困扰。应采取营造政策环境、明确投资路径、挖掘旅游项目的内在价值、规范投资项目的运作模式相应对策来促进民营企业在助推旅游产业发展中作用发挥。

The phenomenon of private enterprises involved in tourism investment has gradually increased,become the topic of social concern.It has riched the tourism industry business entities,resulted in a radiating effect,optimized the structure of the tourism industry plays an active role in the tourism industry.However,the tourism industry covers a wide range,the modes of operation of private enterprises investing in tourism projects are also facing external factors such as policy environment and their own development problems.We should create a policy environment,a clear investment path,and tap the intrinsic value of tourism projects,which promotes the private enterprise to play a role in boosting the development of the tourism industry.
