A New Probe into the Records Vertical and Horizontal Motion Model

吴品才教授首创的文件纵横运动理论丰富了文件运动规律的研究视角,推动了文件运动理论的发展。然而,这一理论无论是从概念基础,还是模型本身,尚存有一定缺陷,笔者基于原有文件运动模型加以改造,建立了"新文件纵横运动模型",以期能够完善文件运动模型。

Professor Wu Pincai creates the records vertical and horizontal motion model that it expands the research perspective of the records motion rules and promotes the development about the records motion theory. However, there are several defects in this theory, including the conceptual basis and the model. The author modifies the records motion model and creates the new records vertical and horizontal motion model. In this way, we can improve the records motion model.
