碱性成纤维细胞生长因子提高人工血管内皮细胞粘附性的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)预衬处理提高人工血管腔面内皮细胞(endothelial cell,EC)保存率的效果。方法聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)人工血管经bFGF预衬处理,管腔面种植EC,将受试的人工血管植入兔腹主动脉体内灌注2小时,计算比较灌注前后受试标本EC密度。结果灌注2小时后,单纯EC种植组71%细胞脱落,而bFGF预衬处理后EC种植组仅有38%EC脱落,bFGF预衬处理种植组细胞保存率明显高于单纯EC种植组(P<0.01)。结论 bFGF预衬处理人工血管可显著提高人工血管腔面EC的保存率。
