摘要
以申香4号、L26菌株为亲本,利用原生质体单核体杂交技术筛选获得1株高产、高抗、短柄的新菌株—辽香1号(Liao1)。形态学鉴定、拮抗实验、酯酶同工酶实验、ITS序列分析等是较常见且简单实用的菌株鉴定方法。采用上述方法对香菇菌株Liao1进行鉴定,以求得到科学结论,达到进一步推广的目的。结果表明,Liao1属于Lentinus edodes,但有别于其亲本申香4号、L26及其他供试菌株,可以初步认定为新菌株。
A high-yielding,high-resistance,and short-stalk new Lentinus edodes strain—Liao 1 was obtained in the laboratory using protoplast single nucleosome hybridization technique and screening taking Shenxiang 4 and L26 as parents.Morphology identification,antagonism experiments,esterase isozyme experiment,ITS sequence analysis are common,simple,and other practical methods for strain identification.In order to get scientific conclusions,the authors characterized the new strain Liao 1 using the above-mentioned method for further spreading purpose.The results showed that,Liao 1 belonged to Lentinus edodes,but differed from its parent,Shenxiang 4,L26 and all other strains tested,and can be initially confirmed as new strains.
