2009-2011年广元市常见食品中化学污染物监测

摘要 目的了解2009-2011年广元市常见食品中化学污染物状况。方法 2009-2011年在广元各主要超市、农贸市场等采集不同类食品样本进行了部分有害元素、食品添加剂及违禁化学物等项目的检测。结果 2009-2011年广元市本地食品总检出率为66.37%,超标率分别为3.57%5、.59%、10.10%。超标污染物主要集中在元素部分。结论广元市常见食品中部分化学污染物项目有超标现象,对人体健康存在威胁。要进一步加强食品安全监管力度,宣传普及食品安全知识。 Objective To understand the pollution status of chemical pollution in common food in Guangyuan from 2009 to 2010.Methods Different classes of food samples were collected from the major supermarkets,farmers markets in Guangyuan from 2009 to 2010,and were carried out the detection of harmful elements,food additives and prohibited chemicals.Results From 2009 to 2011,the total detection rate of local food in Guangyuan was 66.37%,the exceeding rate in each year was 3.57%,5.59% and 10.10%,respectively.Excessive pollutants were mainly in elements.Conclusion The phenomenon of excessive chemical pollutants in common food existed in Guangyuan,that will threaten to people's health.It is necessary to strengthen the further food safety supervision and have the people understood about the knowledge of food safety.
