36份菠萝种质的遗传多样性SCoT分析 被引量:28

摘要 利用SCoT标记研究了36份菠萝种质资源的遗传多样性。从86条引物中筛选出18条重复性好,条带清晰的引物进行PCR扩增,共扩增出209条带,其中135条具有多态性,多态性带比率为64.99%。经NTSYS软件分析,36份菠萝种质间遗传相似系数在0.63~0.93之间,说明SCoT标记能够揭示菠萝种质间较高的遗传多样性。UPGMA聚类分析显示,SCoT标记能将36份菠萝种质完全区分开,并分成五类。 SCoT markers were applied to study the genetic diversity and relationship of 36 pineapple collections.Eighteen primers were screened from 86 SCoT primers and then used to amplify the genome DNAs of the collections.Totally 209 SCoT loci were produced,including 135 polymorphic loci with a polymorphism rate of 64.99 %.The genetic similarity coefficients among the 36 accessions ranged from 0.63 to 0.93,which showed that SCoT loci could reveal the relatively high genetic diversity among the pineapple collections.UPGMA cluster analysis displayed that through SCoT markers 36 collections could be distinguished from each other and divided into five groups.
