摘要
由于世界不可再生能源的日益减少,使得可再生能源的研究和试验成为必然。柑橘皮渣生产乙醇是以柑橘加工后产物——皮渣作为原料,通过预处理、酶解、发酵、纯化等一系列的工艺而得到高浓度可再生能源物质——乙醇。本文对柑橘皮渣生产乙醇工艺流程及其前景进行了概述。
It was necessary to study and test on renewable energy resources for the less un-renewable resources.The process to produce ethanol using citrus peel waste consists of pretreatment,enzymatic hydrolysis,fermentation and purification.This paper summarizes the process and prospect of ethanol production from citrus peel waste.
