摘要
主要针对食用盐碘含量新标准规定,简要介绍制盐生产企业为提高食用盐碘含量添加精度,满足食用盐碘含量新标准要求,而对生产设备、工艺及添加方式进行的技术攻关与改造,以及新、老工艺设备添加结果对比分析,以期能给同行在今后改造过程中借鉴参考。
According to the new standard of iodine content in edible salt,this paper introduces the technology research and modification of production equipment,technology and dosing method in order to improve the dosing accuracy of iodine in edible salt and meet the need of new standard of iodine content in edible salt.The comparison analysis of dosing results between old and new equipments are made,which is of some reference for the colleagues to the future modification.
