Project cost is an important component in the engineering construction.It is of significant effect to shorten construction time and improve the owners＇ investment returns.Thus,it is quite important to strengthen the budget estimation in the project cost management.This paper focuses on introducing the analysis and control of the budget estimation in the project cost in combination with the actual work experience.
