Brief Analysis on the Three Elements of Technical Modification,Brand and Talent in the Independent Innovation of the Enterprises

江苏井神盐化股份有限公司秉承新时期江苏"三创三先"精神,在提升自主创新能力,加速企业转型发展方面也进行了积极探索和实践。笔者结合自身工作实际,阐述企业自主创新必须作好技改、品牌和人才三方面的工作。

Jiangsu Jingshen Salt and Chemical Co.,Ltd carries out active exploration and practices in improving the ability of independent innovation and accelerate the transformation and development of enterprises by adhering to the spirit of ＂Three Innovations and Three Advancements ＂ in the new era of Jiangsu.According to his own work experience,the author points out that the independent innovation of the enterprises should complete this work from 3 aspects – technology transformation,brand and talent.
