Discussion on the Concept Innovation of Jiuda Group

久大盐业三年脱困后,提出了"二次创业",实施"转变管理模式、创新增长方式、提升经济总量"的发展战略,笔者就员工思想观念如何跟上,配合抓好政治思想工作,进行了全面的系统论述。文中深入分析了集团思想观念现状及特点;找出了思想观念与二次创业存在的差距;明确了观念创新面临的主要任务;分层次策划开展"二次创业、观念创新"主题系列教育活动;增添了观念创新的工作措施;提出了观念创新的工作要求。

After getting rid of poverty in three years,Jiuda Group proposes ＂the second venture＂ and carries out the developing strategy of ＂transforming management mode,creating growth method and enhancing economic aggregate＂.The author makes comprehensive discussion on how to stimulate employee ideas and how to grasp ideological and political work.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and the characteristics of the ideology of Jiuda Group and finds out the distance between ideology and the second venture through comparison.The main tasks of concept innovation now we are facing are defined and serial educational activities around ＂second venture and concept innovation＂ theme are hierarchically planned to carry out.This paper adds work measures to the concept innovation and provides work requirements to the concept innovation.
