摘要
研究甘蔗叶多酚类物质的提取工艺及其生理活性。采用超声波辅助乙醇提取方法,通过单因素和正交试验对甘蔗叶中多酚类物质的提取工艺进行优化,并利用Fenton反应和邻苯三酚自氧化法检测多酚类物质对羟基自由基和超氧自由基的清除作用。结果表明,甘蔗叶多酚最佳提取工艺为固液比为1∶30(g/mL),超声功率为104 W,乙醇浓度为45%,超声时间为45 min,水浴温度为60℃。甘蔗叶多酚化合物提取液对羟自由基(OH.)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)均有较好的清除作用。
In this paper,it reports the use of one-factor-at-a-time and orthogonal array design methods to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polyphenols from sugar cane leaves,followed by the evaluation of their scavenging activity of hydroxyl and superoxide radicals producted by fenton reaction and pyrogallol autoxidation.The results indicated that the optimum conditions for the extraction of polyphenols were determined to be: material-to-liquid ratio 1∶30(g/mL),ethanol concentration45 %,ultrasonic power 104 W and length of extraction time 45 min at 60 ℃.The crude extract product displayed a good scavenging activity to.OH and O2-..
