摘要
木糖醇是一种重要的食品添加剂,微生物发酵生产木糖醇因其生产过程具有良好的社会经济效益,因而受到广泛关注。就用微生物发酵的方法生产木糖醇涉及到的菌株的筛选、菌株构建、培养基的改良、细胞固定化、发酵工艺、产物的分离等进行综述。
Xylitol is an important food additive.Xylitol production by microorganism fermentation attracts extensive attention for its good social economic effect.This paper was a review about the production of xylitol using microorganism fermentation.It involved in selection of strains,strain construction,improvement of culture medium,cell immobilization,fermentation and end-product separation.
