通辽市科尔沁区农业节水潜力分析

Study on the Potential of Economization on Agricultural Water in Horqin District of Tongliao City

为了挖掘通辽市科尔沁区农业节水潜力,对该区农业用水现状进行了调查,并提出农业节水指标参照体系,主要采用定额比较法分析了该区现状年和规划水平年的农业节水潜力。结果表明:现状2006年科尔沁区农业总节水潜力为16 785.59万m3;规划年2015年农业节水潜力为15 710.90万m3,目标节水量为11 986.83万m3;规划年2020年农业节水潜力和节水量均为8 782.95万m3。2007—2015年,全区需要新增农业节水面积3.92万hm2;2015—2020年,全区需要新增农业节水面积2.18万hm2。

In order to explore the potential of agricultural water conservation in Horqin District of Tongliao City,the status quo of agricultural water in the area was surveyed.This paper proposed the agricultural water-saving index reference system,and analysed the water-saving potential in the current situation and the planning level year in the area.The results show that agricultural water-saving potential in status 2006 year in Horqin District was 167.855 9 million m3;agricultural water-saving potential and the goals water saving in 2015 planning year will be 157.109 0 and 119.868 3 million m3 respectively;agricultural water-saving and water saving potential in 2020 planning year will be 87.829 5 million m3.The agricultural water-saving areas which need to add in the region will be 39 200 hectares and 21 800 hectares respectively from year 2007 to 2015 and from year 2015 to 2020.
