摘要
针对混凝土表面养护问题,运用有限元分析软件,结合实例对比计算不同养护时间对某闸墩底板混凝土温度场、应力场的影响。结果表明:该工程混凝土养护时间为7 d时可以达到较好效果。选取合适的养护时间不仅可以降低其早期内外温差和表面温度应力,避免温度裂缝的出现,还可以节约成本,加快施工进度。
For the issue of concrete surface curing,the finite element analysis software was used and the influence of different curing time to the concrete temperature and stress with the actual example was calculated.The results show that the concrete can achieve good results when the curing time is 7 days.Selecting a appropriate curing time can not only reduce the early inner-outer temperature difference and surface thermal stress to avoid the emergence of temperature cracks,but also save costs and speed up the construction schedule.
