静-转叶排轴向间距对某跨声速压气机性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of stator-rotor blade row axial spacing on transonic axial compressor performance

摘要 对两种轴向间距下某跨声速轴流压气机静子-转子叶排间的流场进行了定常数值模拟,结果表明:在大流量工作状态下,近轴向间距时的效率较远轴向间距时有明显降低;在高负荷工作状态下,两者的效率相差不大.对大流量工况点与高负荷工况点的流场非定常数值模拟结果表明:近轴向间距时转子前缘激波对上游静子叶片附面层的干扰要强烈的多;近轴向间距时上游静子尾迹对在高负荷工况点动叶叶尖处出现的二次泄漏有更强的抑制作用,能更有效的减弱叶尖泄漏流造成的堵塞和损失. The steady flow field of stator-rotor blade rows has been numerically simulated,and the computational results show the far axial spacing between blade rows can improve compressor efficiency near the choked mass flow,and the efficiency does not matter with the axial spacing at high loading.The numerical simulation results of unsteady flow field show the close axial spacing can enlarge the interaction of rotor shock on the stator boundary layer and more efficiently suppress the rotor tip double-leakage at high loading which can cause tip blockage and loss.
