牛副结核ELISA中两种亲和抗原的比较 被引量:2

摘要 我们曾在牛副结核ELISA中采用的亲和层析抗原,收到了较其它抗原更为满意的结果。该抗原的最大优点是特异性较好,但不足的是经盐酸-甘氨酸(pH2.8)解吸附后,其抗原性有所减弱,致使抗原的包被量反而大于过G200凝胶柱抗原,而且通过一次亲和层析柱收获的抗原量也是很有限的,给大批制备抗原带来一定困难。
