紫外分光光度法测定毛茛不同部位总黄酮的含量 被引量:8

摘要 目的建立毛茛中总黄酮的含量测定方法并分别测定其正丁醇、乙酸乙酯萃取部位中总黄酮的质量分数。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用可见-紫外分光光度法于360.5 nm处测定毛茛中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁质量浓度在0.008 1~0.028 4 mg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,r=0.999 6。平均回收率均在95%~105%范围内。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于毛茛中总黄酮的含量测定。 Objective To develop a quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoids in different fractions from Ranunculus japonicus.Methods Total flavonoids in Ranunculus japonicus were determined by UV absorption at 360.5 nm with rutin as the reference substance.Results Good linearity of rutin was obtained within the range of 0.008 1-0.028 4 mg/mL(r=0.999 6).The average recovery ratio was in the range of 95%-105%.Conclusion The method is convenient,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of total flavonoids in Ranunculus japonicus.
