摘要
文中介绍了防水透气阀在雷达密封腔体组件上的应用,对防水透气阀能够平衡腔体内外压力、避免结构变形引起密封失效和消除因"呼吸效应"产生积水等现象进行了探讨,并对密封腔体内的气体状态进行了计算,对腔体结构受力变形进行了仿真分析,为防水透气阀的选型提供了理论依据。试验验证和随机试用表明,防水透气阀能够改善密封腔体内元器件的工作环境,提高组件的可靠性。
This paper introduces application of waterproof ventilated valve in sealed box of radar.Phenomenons that the waterproof ventilated valve is able to balance the air pressure in and out of the sealed box,avoid sealing failure caused by structural changes and eliminate cavity seeping caused by "breathing effect" are discussed.The attributes of the air inside the sealed box are calculated,the mechanical deformation of cavity configuration is analyzed by simulation,thus providing the theoretical foundation for the selection of waterproof ventilated valve.Experimental validation and random test indicate that waterproof ventilated valve can improve the operation environment of components inside sealed box and raise the reliability and service life of subassemblies.
