煤制烯烃路线取代电石法路线生产PVC的机会与不确定性分析 被引量:14

摘要 通过对煤制烯烃路线PVC和传统电石法PVC的对比分析,认为前者在环保、能耗尤其是生产成本方面有较大的优势。但煤制烯烃路线PVC属于高耗水行业,而中国煤炭资源和水资源呈逆向分布,在煤炭资源丰富的西部地区普遍缺水;加上投资大、技术难度高、经济可靠性差等不确定因素的存在,煤制烯烃路线PVC要在国内全面取代电石法PVC还很难,只能作为未来有综合优势的氯碱企业所追求的目标。 Through analysis on PVC production process by coal to olefin route and that by calcium carbide method,it is concluded that coal to olefin route has advantages on environmental protection,energy consumption and especially on production cost.However,PVC production process by coal to olefin route is a high water consumption industry,and China′s coal resource and water resource distribute reversely,i.e.the west regions of country are rich in coal resources but lack in water resource generally.Furthermore,The production of PVC by coal to olefin route has features of uncertainties,such as large investment,great technical difficulties and poor economic reliability,so it is difficult for coal to olefin route to substitute for the calcium carbide method in PVC industry,and PVC production by coal to olefin route can only be the aim of chlor-alkali enterprises with overall competitive strength in the future.
