介绍了常用的软水脱氧方法并进行了比较。采用真空脱氧方法处理VCM聚合用软水后,软水中含氧质量浓度可控制在1.0mg/L以下,采用脱氧软水生产的PVC树脂的白度、"鱼眼"数和颗粒性能均明显提高。
The commonly used methods of deoxidization were introduced and compared.The oxygen contents in soft water,which was used for the polymerization of VCM,obtained by vacuum deoxidization could be controlled less than 1.0 mg/L.The whiteness,"fish eye" number and particle properties of PVC resin produced by using the deoxidized soft water were improved significantly.
