主要针对PVC生产过程中蒸汽冷凝水、泵机封水、蒸汽及塔底积料等方面的问题进行了节能减排改造。

Aiming at the steam condensate,pump sealing water,steam and materials accumulated at the bottom of towers during production of PVC,energy saving and emission reducing measures were adopted.
