胫骨远端骨折治疗进展 被引量:2

摘要 胫骨远端骨折多是由于胫骨远端受轴向及旋转的力量共同引起,约占胫骨骨折的7.2%[1],胫骨远端关节外骨折约占胫骨远端1/3骨折的14.5%[2]。胫骨近端2/3段呈三棱柱状,远端干骺端1/3近圆柱状,由于解剖的特殊性,此处骨折率较高,且易发生各种并发症,如:复位不良、畸形愈合、骨不连、
