山东地区丹参种苗质量分级标准研究

Study on quality classification standard of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge seedlings in Shandong province

目的:初步制定丹参种苗质量等级标准。方法:对在山东地区搜集的26份丹参种苗进行初步分级,观察记录其植株高度、地上分支数、花序数目等生长状况,并比较收获时各等级丹参的产量;数据采用SPSS 17.0统计软件分析。结果:初步将山东地区丹参种苗划分为四个等级,不同等级丹参种苗的生长发育状态、药材产量和质量存在明显差异。结论:初步制定的丹参种苗质量分级标准可用于丹参生产过程中的种苗选择。

Objective：To establish the primary quality classification standard of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge seedlings.Methods：Total 26 Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge seedlings from Shandong were collected.Plant height,number of inflorescence and branches,the yield were observed and compared.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results：The seedings of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge seedlings can be classified into 4 grades.Compared with grouth state,yields and quality,there were significant differences in different grades Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge seedlings.Conclusion：The primary quality classification standard of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge seedlings could be used for seedlings choesn in production.
