门诊药房退药处方分析及干预

Analysis and Intervention on Drug Repercussion Prescriptions in Outpatient Pharmacy

目的:了解门诊药房退药的主要原因,降低不合理退药发生,减少医患纠纷及经济损失,保证患者用药安全。方法:统计武汉大学人民医院干预前2009年10月～2010年9月的所有退药处方,按退药原因、退药种类、退药处方数量和金额等进行统计与分析,然后采取相应对策并进行干预;并与干预后2010年10月～2011年3月的所有退药处方进行比较分析。结果与结论:通过门诊退药处方分析,制定了相应措施,杜绝了不合理的退药,促进了合理用药,使门诊退药处方数量和金额明显下降,取得显著效果。

Objective： To investigate the main reasons for drug repercussion in the outpatient pharmacy to ensure drug safety, pro- mote rational drug use, reduce the incidence of irrational drug repercussion and decrease the medical disputes as well as economic loss. Method： All the drug repercussion in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from Oct. 2009 to Sept. 2010 were collected in order to analyze the reasons, types and the number of the drug repercussion, and the sum of money, then relative measures were taken to inter- vene. After the intervention, the drug repercussion from Oct. 2010 to Mar. 2011 was compared with that before the intervention. Re- sult and Conclusion： Through the analysis of drug repercussion, some measures were taken to decrease irrational drug repercussion, promote rational drug Use, and strengthen the drug quality management in the outpatients and the hospital drug use safety. These meas- ures exhibit significant effect on the decrease of the number of drug repercussion and the sum of money.
