摘要
制动器摩擦性能的好坏直接影响到行驶车辆的安全性,其性能的降低会威胁到驾驶人员的人身安全。本文利用惯性台架模拟汽车行驶时具有的动能,在不同的工况下进行制动试验,通过对摩擦副间摩擦力及其表面温度的测量,分析不同工况对摩擦材料性能的影响(摩擦系数),试验结果可为摩擦材料的设计、制造工艺的调整提供可靠的理论依据。
Brake performance has a direct influence on the safety of the vehicle,and the reduction of the performance would threaten the safety of driving personnel.In this paper,by using the inertia simulation test bench,the kinetic energy of the bus for brake tests in different conditions is simulated.Through the measurements of friction force and surface temperature of the friction pairs,the influence of different conditions on the performance of friction material(friction coefficient) is analyzed.The test result will be used as the reliable reference to improve the design of friction material formula and to adjust the manufacturing technology.
