摘要
近些年,随着桩基础技术的广泛发展和应用,其质量问题也越来越受到人们的重视,因为桩基的质量和承载力是否达到设计要求直接影响工程的质量和使用寿命。静载试验是广泛应用的可靠传统方法之一。本文结合辽宁营口地区某工程桩基静载试验,通过试验的结果以及数据,着重对比分析了造成试验被迫停止的主要原因,针对以粉质粘土为持力层的单桩竖向静载试验中得出应该避免的影响因素:包括桩头的破坏、桩身质量缺陷、桩头处理,以便为桩基检测工程试验分析提供参考。
In recent years,with the development and the application of pile foundation technology,the quality problem of pile foundation is also paid more and more attention.Since the quality and the bearing capacity of pile foundation directly influences the engineering quality and the service life of the project,the static load test is one of the widely used traditional and reliable methods.Combining with the pile static load test of a project in Liaoning Yingkou,the main causes that the test is forced to stop is analyzed by using the test results and the test data.According to the vertical static loading test of single pile,which the silty clay is as the bearing stratum,the influence factors that should be avoided are drawn,such as the destruction of pile,pile quality defects and pile head treatment.The results can provide the reference for engineering test analysis of pile foundation.
