基于规划求解的级配碎石最优配合比设计

摘要 基于Microsoft Excel的"规划求解"工具和函数,建立了级配碎石最优配合比设计的数学模型,设计了一种能够快速而精确地完成级配碎石最优配合比设计的程序,该程序具有速度快、精度高、操作简单、可扩展性强的特点,只需输入原始数据和约束条件,仅通过一次"规划求解"便可得出最佳配合比。 Based on the tool and the function of Microsoft excel's programming solution,the mathematical model of the optimum mix proportion design for graded crushed stone is established in this paper,and a procedure to calculate the optimum mix proportion quickly and exactly is designed.The procedure has the features of fast speed,high precision,simple operation and scalability.Using this procedure,we can easily obtain the optimum mix proportion of graded crushed stone only by inputting the original data and the constraint condition to this procedure.
