摘要
根据顶尖夹持工件时工件受力分析的力学参数,利用数学积分准确计算出夹持力的值,应用该方法计算的夹持力可以保证工件启动平稳,且启动和停止无打滑。试验表明,该方法适用性好,计算精度高。
According to the mechanical parameters of force analysis when the workpiece is clamped by top clamping,mathematic integral is used to calculate accurately the value of clamping force.The clamping force calculated by this method can make the workpiece start stably,and stop without slipping.The experiments show that the method has good applicability and high accuracy.
